Perch Fee: $115.00 per bird - 6/$500 - 8 birds/$700 8+ birds $100 each - non refundable - Due with the Bird. Advance payment will guarantee perch reservation. Race Entry Fee: $300.00 per bird due right after the activation race- The activation race will be 100 miles - included in the average speed. Total refund, if bird does not go to the 150 Mile Race. If 300.00 entry fee is not paid, two days prior to the 150 mile race, the bird will be auctioned to highest bidder and becomes the property of the highest bidder. Birds and replacements are accepted thru Jul 15th, 2021. All birds will be vaccinated for PMV, treated for coccidiosis, canker and external parasites before entering the racing loft. This is a 5 Race plus Average speed challenge; Capital prizes paid on the first drop and then clocking order. Ties in the clock will be given the same position number and their winnings added together and divided equally. Average Speed paid by the clock. Computed on Total Distance / Total Time Time Out for Darkness - 30 minutes after sundown and 30 minutes before sunrise is dead time Birds clocked in TOD before midnight given End time of day 1, Birds clocked after midnight in TOD given start time of the next day. Flight day times will not be extended due to Clocking of bird in TOD If a bird does not clock, due to piggy back or clock or chip malfunction, and TTC verifies the bird is in that drop, it will be placed last in that drop. *1st Drop - A drop of birds, the first seen approaching, arriving, circling, landing, or trapping prior to the arrival of an additional drop of birds entered in a particular race. If a drop of birds arrives and mixes with the 1st Drop at any time, only those previously trapped or distinctively recognized on the landing board, and clock prior to the mixed group clocking will retain the Elite 1st Drop Status where prizes are distributed =1st. All others will be paid in clocking order. Should no birds clock prior to the mixing of new drops of birds, again, payout will be by clocking order. In the event any remaining prize money is left for unclaimed positions after 48 hours from release time. Then the remaining prize money will be split evenly between all birds that went to that race. All birds belong to breeders, no buy backs, no auctions. Owners pay $60 return shipping plus $10/ bird after 2. Unclaimed birds after 7 days of final race, become property of Tucson Triple Challenge. Owners must designate if they want their birds back before last race. Loft manager reserves the right to make all final decisions Track inventories, training, and results live on the web at www.wincompanion.com using the Topigeon Clocking System. Must be 18 years or older to enter. Winners of $600 or more will be required to provide taxpayer information for W-9 - 15% of race fees held for expenses All entries will have their 9th and 10th flight pulled. The birds that arrive in June or July will be evaluated on an individual basis. No Choudhry Family Loft birds entered in race. NO pooling on the property please! |
